About

Leal Architects is an Orange-based architectural studio working across the Central West. Led by architects Ingrid and Patrick, the practice creates timeless, practical homes shaped around the people who live in them.

We design new homes and work with existing ones through renovations and extensions. Each project begins with an understanding of how our clients live and what they want their home to become. This informs a design that responds carefully to its setting and climate.

Our approach is collaborative and grounded in both thoughtful design and technical knowledge. We listen closely, work through ideas together and develop homes that feel comfortable, functional and distinctly personal.

We are influenced by traditional architecture and its sense of proportion, materiality and permanence. These ideas may be expressed in either a traditional or contemporary way, but the home is always designed for modern life. Our aim is to create places that feel settled and enduring—as though they have always belonged.
