It all starts with a conversation. Once you’ve submitted our contact form, we’ll organise a time to call. During this chat, we’ll ask a few simple questions to understand your goals, budget, timeframe, project scope and answer any early questions you might have.
 

A Good Fit

If it feels like we’re the right fit for your project, we’ll move forward by learning more about your brief. We’ll share a comprehensive questionnaire designed to capture your aspirations, priorities, and practical requirements.

This helps us understand how you live, what you’re hoping to achieve, and what matters most to you. It also forms the foundation for preparing a tailored fee proposal that reflects the scale and nature of your project.
 

Project Proposal

Based on our conversations and your responses, we’ll prepare a tailored proposal outlining our suggested approach, the stages of service involved, and associated fees.

This proposal gives you a clear understanding of what to expect at each step  and ensures we’re aligned before we begin.

 

Next Steps

If you're happy to proceed with the proposal, the next step is a site meeting.

We’ll visit your property to get a firsthand understanding of the site, its opportunities and constraints. This visit is a key part of shaping the early design response — it helps us see the context, orientation, views, access, and surrounding environment with fresh eyes.

 

From there, we begin the design process.
